Hello! Thank you for your interest in our Holiday Markets here at Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village. We are trying something a bit different this year, so please read the description fully before submitting your application.

This application will be presented to a panel to be approved. We will decide if your booth will be a good fit for our market. We are looking for artisans with quality handmade products and goods (eg. ornaments, blankets, special gifts, etc.). You will only be notified if your application is successful. Deadline to Apply: October 31, 2024.

We have several weekends available for vendors to set up and sell their merchandise in Pioneer Place (you will be set up in the main building rather than in The Village like previous years). The booth fee will be $50/weekend. You are able to apply for as many weekends as you would like. You are required to pay the entire fee whether you are able to attend both days or just one.

November 23 & 24
December 7 & 8
December 14 & 15
December 21 & 22

With your booth fee, you will receive a table, display wall with 2 shelves, and a chair. We encourage you to bring a tablecloth to make your booth look beautiful! You are required to be at your booth the entire time it is set up. The hours of operation for Pioneer Place are 10am to 5pm. We will open for you to set up your table on Saturday at 9:30am, and stay open until 5:30 on Sunday for you to pack up your belongings. You are welcome to leave your merchandise here overnight. You will also be responsible for all of your own payments. We can provide Wifi if you are using a Square or other card payment machine.
